We’ll be discussing How to Do the Work: Recognize Your Patterns, Heal from Your Past, and Create Your Self by Dr. Nicole LePera.

This quarterly book club focuses on books related to health, self-development, mindset, wellness, and spirituality. After each quarterly meeting, a poll will be sent out to vote on the next quarter's book. To make sure that you get invited, sign up for book club below!

You don’t need to be a member at Valkyrie Fitness in order to attend, so feel free to invite a friend! Please sign up in advance so we know how many people to expect. There is no cost to join!
