All jokes aside, the classes we offer are playful, effective, and inspired by YOU. We’re here to have fun and explore what our bodies are capable of.

This two week unlimited pass gives you a taste of what we have to offer, so you can decide if a membership is a good fit for you.

KETTLEBELL FOUNDATIONS SERIES

Ready to feel stronger, move better, and train smarter?

This 3-week beginner series is the perfect way to learn kettlebell fundamentals in a safe, supportive, and fun environment.

Over the course of three 60-minute sessions, you’ll:

  • Learn proper form for the most important kettlebell exercises: squats, deadlift, kettlebell swings, cleans & presses and Turkish Get Ups

  • Build a base level of strength, stability, and coordination

  • Improve posture, mobility, and core engagement

With small group coaching and step-by-step instruction, you’ll have time to master each movement before adding intensity. No prior strength training experience is required — we’ll meet you exactly where you are.

You do not have to take all three classes in any order, though if you don’t already know how to deadlift we strongly recommend taking the basics class before the swing class.

Intro to Aerial Yoga Workshop

Curious about trying aerial yoga, but nervous about taking your first class?

Allow us to introduce you to our Intro to Aerial Yoga Workshop, where everyone in the class is a beginner, and we make learning aerial yoga as approachable as possible. 

In this free Intro Workshop, you'll learn the foundational building blocks to feel confident in your aerial yoga practice.

By the end of this class you’ll learn everything you need to know in order to feel confident in our aerial classes, and determine if you’re ready for a ★★ aerial class.

Intro Class WAitlist

In group fitness, instructors don’t have as much time or capacity to answer questions or give individual feedback on form during the class - the intro series is where we get a chance to do that. If the current intro classes listed above don’t work for your schedule, let us know which days and times you would prefer! We aim to run at least one series per category per month.
